Public speaking is not just about saying something in front of others - it's about conveying ideas with impact, structure and emotion. This interactive training teaches you how to construct and deliver speeches that capture the attention and stick in the minds of listeners. From first words (HOOK) to clear conclusions (CALL TO ACTION), you'll learn effective techniques for structuring, using verbal and non-verbal language, and managing emotions.

Participants practise a 1-minute speech, receive feedback and learn to communicate effectively in sessions, using clear methods such as PREP and PPP. In addition, we offer quick tools to overcome unpleasant emotions (lump in the throat, mental block, shortness of breath, etc.), so that every intervention - short or long - is a success.
