Game Theory - Strategic thinking in decisions, negotiations and collaborations

Game theory is not just an academic concept but a practical tool for understanding the decisions and strategies of others. This training gives participants a new lens through which to analyze complex situations, anticipate reactions and choose the right moves in contexts of negotiation, competition or collaboration.

We explore concepts such as zero-sum games, Nash equilibrium or the prisoner's dilemma, but all of them are translated into simple language with immediate applicability to professional life: sales, team relationships, stakeholder management or external partnerships.

Participants practice real-life scenarios and learn how to assess not just what they want, but also what others want - and how to use this understanding for clearer decisions and better outcomes.
