Violeta Lipan (Vio)

Vio has a career path built with patience, commitment and clarity. With experience in recruitment and HR operations, especially in telecom, and a long career in student organizations such as the Romanian Students' Union and ASSP-UB, she has grown professionally where it matters most: in direct relations with people.

From marketing and communications to human resources and event organization, Vio has always been where communities connect, initiatives develop and teams build. She created contexts where volunteers grew, ideas turned into action and processes became clear.

Vio is currently a facilitator at Ecoxtrem, where she combines analytical wit with real empathy. He has a calm but firm approach - and manages to bring order, rhythm and focus to any group dynamic.
