Raluca Alexe

Raluca is one of those people who turns concepts into memorable experiences. With solid experience in organizing and coordinating events in both Romania and the UK, she manages all stages of a project with precision—from concept and planning to implementation and delivery.

At Ecoxtrem, Raluca coordinates end-to-end corporate events, develops customized concepts for clients, and ensures that every detail—from logistics and suppliers to the participant experience—is perfectly synchronized. Over the past year, she has been involved in over 40 projects, managing corporate events of various formats, including large-scale projects with over 1,000 participants.

Previously, Raluca organized a variety of events for BIMM University in the UK, including Open Days, Audition Days, Freshers Week, graduation ceremonies, concerts, and networking events. Her international experience has strengthened her ability to coordinate complex projects, large teams, and events with a high level of attention to detail.

She is a graduate of the Event Management program at BIMM University, and her work style combines strategic thinking with rigorous organization and flawless execution.
