Oana's collaboration with Ecoxtrem started in 2010, being a member of the Ecoxtrem mountain club's decision-making board, later becoming a trainer collaborating in the company's events.

Thanks to his professional training in the field of engineering and environmental protection and combining his passion for trekking and ecotourism, he managed to implement the pilot project in the country "Photovoltaic panels in Fagaras refuges".

Having the experience of being part of a team in a multinational company and having a knowledge of corporate events, she chose to continue her professional development in a challenging and dynamic environment focused on working with people, choosing to become a teambuilding consultant.
