Mary Jacob

Maria joined the Ecoxtrem team in 2020 and since then has quickly evolved as a teambuilding trainer. With over 5 years of experience in team management, Maria has worked as a trainer in various contexts, coaching high school students in debates and public-speaking, or mentoring students in university excellence programs. Her 'specialty' is working with international teams and participants with different backgrounds, a passion she discovered during her European Law studies abroad.

At Ecoxtrem, Maria worked for the first time with the corporate environment, happily carrying out both online and offline teambuilding programs. Her training style is energetic, positive and solution-oriented, and her defining skill is the ability to communicate effectively with all types of audiences, from very young children to top professionals.
