Madalina Miclea (Mada)

Mădă brings with her years of experience in working with teams - be it corporate, NGO or training. In her role as Account Manager in IT, she has always been more than just a customer person: she has been a link between people, a support in processes and a partner in long-lasting relationships.

She grew up in volunteering and non-formal education projects, where she coordinated campaigns, held training sessions and trained generations of volunteers. Her roles in the Romanian Students' Union, ASSP and other initiatives have laid the foundations for a working style centered on collaboration, listening and genuine involvement.

Currently, as an Ecoxtrem facilitator, Mada works side by side with teams - for clarity, connection and experiences that matter. She's the kind of person who brings good energy, no noise, and makes groups work without forcing anything.
