With over 10 years of experience in educational projects, training, and event organization, Lucian (Luci) is one of the people who transforms Ecoxtrem concepts into memorable experiences in the field. His main role is to coordinate events on site, where he manages teams, logistics, and program implementation, ensuring that every detail works perfectly for participants and clients.
Over the past year, Luci has coordinated over 75 projects, being responsible for implementing team building programs and corporate events for groups of various sizes. His experience as an Associate Trainer gives him valuable insight into team dynamics, helping him adapt activities in real time and turn each program into a relevant and memorable experience.
At the same time, Luci has a solid background in educational consulting and gamified projects, which allows her to integrate elements of experiential learning and development into the activities she coordinates.
His 12+ years of experience in the Political Science Students' Association (ASSP-UB), as a volunteer and later as Head of Department – Communication / Social Media / PR, has developed his solid skills in organization, stakeholder collaboration, and complex project coordination.
In short: an energetic field coordinator with experience and the ability to bring events to life.
