Iulian joined the ecoxtrem team in 2014 and hasn't left the stage since—at least not of his own accord.

With over 50 events hosted each year, he’s the guy who turns any venue into a game show and any group into an audience that doesn’t want to leave. He loves dynamic events, high energy, and those moments when participants forget they’re at a corporate event.

He has organized events for some of Romania’s largest companies and knows that the difference between a good event and a memorable one is made in the first five minutes—when you either win over the audience or lose them.
