Elena Balan

In 2023, Elena joined the Ecoxtrem team, bringing with her her experience in HR and a deep understanding of how teams and organizations function. Her perspective on people development complements Ecoxtrem’s expertise in creating relevant corporate experiences that have a real impact on participants.

A graduate of the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Bucharest and certified as a Strategic HR Business Partner, Elena seamlessly combines consulting, facilitation, and event planning. The experience she has gained in the corporate world, along with her involvement in volunteer projects and delivering training sessions, gives her the ability to transform complex concepts into interactive and easily applicable experiences.

He has coordinated end-to-end team-building projects both in Romania and at international destinations such as Tenerife and Gandia, serving as a trusted partner for local and international events, from the concept stage through to on-site implementation.

As a trainer, she is passionate about developing the skills of the future, and the topics she most frequently facilitates include public speaking, design thinking, critical thinking, effective communication, and teamwork. Whether she’s leading a workshop, facilitating a team-building activity, or serving as the MC for an event, Elena creates environments where participants actively engage and learn through experience.
