Elena Balan

In 2023 Elena joins the Ecoxtrem team, bringing a fresh breath and valuable perspective. Her experience in HR in a current and dynamic environment brings to the team a different kind of know-how in building experiences and concepts.

Elena graduated from FSPUB - Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Bucharest and is a certified Strategic HR Business Partner. Volunteering in the Romanian Students' Union and previous delivery of trainings in corporate environment gives her the necessary skills to organize and implement events in the field.

In addition to the above, we add the fact that he has organized end-to-end teambuildings in Tenerife and Gandia. Elena is therefore go-to-person for both local and international projects.
