With a natural ability to strike the balance between seriousness and cheerfulness, Egidiu manages to surprise by the positive energy he transmits in the activities he coordinates.

With extensive experience gained within the Romanian Students' Union, Egidiu has been involved in numerous projects and initiatives, demonstrating remarkable organizational and coordination skills. Over the years, he has worked with diverse teams, managing to motivate participants through his empathetic and dynamic approach.

As an Ecoxtrem facilitator, Egidiu brings a unique mix of professionalism, good humor and team spirit. He is that colleague who always surprises you with spontaneous jokes, but never loses sight of the event's objectives.
