Daniel Carstea (Dani)

With extensive experience in mountain and outdoor activities, Dani joined the Ecoxtrem team in 2016, drawn to exactly what he does best: guiding groups who want to step outside their comfort zone and make the most of their time together in a relaxed setting.

As an Onsite Project Manager, facilitator, and presenter for team-building events, he coordinates at least 50 projects annually as a presenter—ranging from outdoor activities and adventure programs to indoor formats and hybrid experiences. Organization and attention to detail are his hallmarks: he offers participants a high-quality experience built on years of event experience and a deep understanding of group dynamics in the field.

His experience at adventure parks has given him a unique edge—the ability to interact naturally with a wide variety of groups and to calmly handle the unforeseen situations that inevitably arise at any live event. He knows that things never go exactly according to plan, which is precisely why he’s the person you want on the ground when it counts.
