With extensive experience in training management, he is an expert in organising trainings, teambuildings and developing the practical skills of participants.

The positions he held while a student helped him demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, which he applies to every event he attends. He is passionate about working with people, in the past being the leader of an Educational Hub for young people in Iasi, of an association and federations, Trainer in the Romanian Students' Union and involved in many projects organized by "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University. He has always managed to adapt to the needs of participants and develop their skills.
