Ana-Maria Vasiloiu
Ana joined the Ecoxtrem team in 2024 and is part of the Corporate Travel department, where she coordinates travel logistics for events and group team building. Her role includes organizing transportation, accommodation, and logistics at the destination, ensuring a smooth experience for participants and the efficient integration of travel components into corporate events. In 2025, Ana managed over 40 travel logistics projects, working closely with event management teams and suppliers to deliver well-coordinated and efficient experiences for clients.
Previously, Ana gained experience in customer relationship management and sales in roles at organizations such as UNICEF and Forever Young, developing strong communication, organizational, and quick problem-solving skills.
He holds a Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management and a Bachelor's degree in Geography – Recreation and Tourism from the University of Bucharest, both completed with excellent results. In his work, he frequently uses tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, and his C1 level English skills allow him to efficiently manage international projects and collaborations.
