Alina Nicu

Alina is a member of the Ecoxtrem team and contributes to the development and implementation of team-building programs and corporate events, with a special focus on projects in the Republic of Moldova. Within the team, she serves as a consultant and facilitator, playing an active role in both program planning and the coordination of activities during events.

Her collaboration with Ecoxtrem began about two years ago, during which time she has helped implement several programs for corporate teams, contributing to the energy of the activities and ensuring that on-site sessions ran smoothly. The experience she has gained as a facilitator helps her foster natural interactions among participants and maintain the group’s energy throughout the programs.

In addition to her work in the events industry, Alina has an academic background in political science and project management, having graduated from the University of Bucharest and completed a master’s program in Project Management at the National School of Political Studies and Public Administration (SNSPA). Her experience in project coordination has also been strengthened through her work as a Project Manager in the music industry, as well as through her involvement in student organizations, where she served as Vice President of Projects for the Romanian Student Union.

Through her combination of project experience, involvement in events, and the energy she brings to group activities, Alina contributes to the development of Ecoxtrem’s programs and the expansion of the company’s activities in the region.
