With a strong background in international cultural programming, event management, and global logistics coordination, Alina combines creativity with operational rigor to deliver smooth, memorable, and perfectly orchestrated projects.

Her experience includes key international roles such as Vice President of Global Cultural Programming and Entertainment Booking Director at International Event Bookings Ltd., where she managed entertainment concepts, customized cultural programs, event logistics, contracting, and multicultural coordination. She worked directly with C-level stakeholders, artists, vendor partners, and global teams, developing end-to-end projects: from concept to planning, implementation, and evaluation.

She currently contributes to Ecoxtrem projects as an Events Specialist, where her expertise in travel, negotiation, operational coordination, and logistics integration in events becomes a major differentiator. She works closely with project management teams to ensure a seamless experience—from participant mobility and group bookings to onsite logistics management.

A graduate of the University of Bucharest, specializing in Foreign Languages, she holds Cambridge Advanced certification, which helps her navigate easily between cultures, languages, and time zones.
