Adrian Ghencea (Adi)
Adrian has been part of the Ecoxtrem team since the company's early years and is one of the people who has consistently contributed to the implementation of hundreds of corporate events and team-building programs. His main role is to coordinate logistics and implement programs directly in the field, ensuring that each activity is carried out safely and according to plan.
With extensive experience in organizing outdoor and indoor events, Adrian participates annually in the implementation of dozens of projects for groups ranging from 20 to 1,100 participants, including team building, conferences, and corporate parties. Over the past year, he has been involved in over 75 events, being one of the key people in coordinating activities on site.
In most of the projects he is involved in, Adrian also acts as the main speaker or facilitator, leading the central moments of programs for companies such as Holcim, Regina Maria, Cognite, and Sicor, contributing to the energy and dynamics of the events.
His passion for outdoor activities is also reflected in his personal experience: he is passionate about climbing, canyoning, mountain hiking, and fishing, and his expertise is backed by professional certifications such as Trainer of Trainers, first aid certification, and certification for mountaineering and working at heights.
