Responsibilities:

• Delivery of training sessions on soft skills (leadership, communication, feedback etc.)
• Preparing materials and adapting the course to the client's brief
• Session facilitation at client premises or corporate events
• Follow-up post-training: sending materials, collecting feedback, reporting

Skills:

• Relevant experience in delivering soft skills training to corporate groups
• Solid knowledge of working in PowerPoint and creating attractive visuals
• Ability to adapt to different audiences and learning styles
• English - advanced level (delivery and communication)
