Responsibilities:

• Implementation of teambuilding concepts in the field according to the implementation brief
• Managing groups of participants and team dynamics during activities
• Support in closing the event (collection of materials, return to warehouse)
• Ensuring a safe, pleasant and efficient atmosphere for all participants

Skills:

• Experience in working with groups (NGO, camps, training, volunteering, etc.)
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Pleasant presence, positive energy and adaptability
• Clear communication and empathy
• English - advanced level (delivery and communication)
