It is useful to do a CSR activity as part of a teambuilding because it improves team cohesion, provides a common purpose and contributes to developing a positive impact in the community or environment.

In March and April we offer a CSR planting package with the team. Thus, you can benefit from the following:

1. Collaboration and Communication: Planting often requires teamwork and coordination. This can improve communication and collaboration skills between team members as you need to work together to achieve common goals.
2. Trust and Cohesion: Working together in an activity outside the usual work environment can strengthen trust and relationships between team members. Sharing new experiences and overcoming obstacles together can build trust and cohesion in the team.

Why do we plant in March and April?

Our partners at Viitor Plus explain why the time is right:

⁃ This is the best time, when the seedlings are dormant (no leaves).

⁃ The exact days will be agreed upon.

⁃ Weather warning: if the weather does not allow the planting of seedlings on the desired day, it can be postponed to another date agreed upon.

⁃ We organise events with a maximum of 250 participants, so we recommend booking in advance the date you want to attend the planting.

What does the CSR Planting package include?

• Company communication package (Key Visual, Invitation, communication text)
• Organisation of the event, assistance of trainers and specialised staff
