The Focus Group consists of interviews with a representative sample of employees covering all levels and departments. Certain dimensions of the organisation will be assessed, according to needs - structure, processes, people - to have a starting point in addressing business needs, as well as to develop an HR strategy that contributes to a healthy organisational climate.
Objectives
The assessment looks at the employee's relationship with the company, the workplace, the manager and other departments. It aims to present in an objective way the employee's view of the topics discussed, their perception of the company's processes and procedures, their confidence in the company and its direction, and their perception of development opportunities.
The group workshop includes a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 participants and its duration varies according to the group and complexity.
