LEGO® Serious Play® is an innovative way to solve organizational problems. The workshops are practical and allow solutions to be created by involving everyone present. This facilitation concept is based on two fundamental principles: "think with your hands", where participants express themselves by building their own life and where thoughts are given concrete form and "listen with your eyes" which means that the outcome can be experienced and understood by everyone.

The LEGO® Serious Play® concept is appropriate regardless of the outcome stakes or cultural barriers. People find the right solutions by building together. The decisions they make can have an impact on a small scale, on a few people (8-10), or on a national scale, as was the case in Indonesia, a country with a population of over 237 million. In both situations this method has been used successfully.

For over 15 years, the LEGO® Serious Play® concept has been the tool used by companies around the world, such as NASA, Google, Vodafone and government institutions in Germany and Denmark.
