Communication is at the heart of every process in a company and we often forget how important it is and how much it can help us improve the whole atmosphere or even the results. Ecoxtrem, proposes an experiential training that addresses these issues in a dynamic, creative and fun way.
In the first part of the day we focus on communication profiles based on the DISC model, precisely in order to understand the main characteristics in the way people communicate. We identify the communication profile of each participant and tag them in order to easily recognize the common elements and the differences in communication style.
The experience doesn't end there - in the second part of the day, we put everything you've discovered into practice in a unique simulation in which you play the role of inmates in a maximum security prison. That's not all, at each stage of your escape from here, you have a different role based on communication profiles and personal and team goals, sometimes conflicting ones that you have to achieve! The whole simulation will capture your interest and help you better understand the communication differences between you and your colleagues. In the debriefing session we will analyse how you worked, how you felt in character and how you coped with the challenges.
