DISCover the differences

Communication lays at the basis of any process in a company and we often forget its importance and how much it can help us improve the whole atmosphere or even the results. Ecoxtrem proposes to you an experiential training to solve these issues in a dynamic, creative and fun way.

In the first part of the day, we are focusing on the communication profiles, based on the DISC model, precisely to understand the main features of the way in which people communicate. We identify the communication profile of each participant and tag us with them just to better recognize the common elements and the differences in the style of communication.

The experience does not end here – in the second part of the day, we put into practice everything you found in an innovative simulation wherein you play the role of prisoners in a maximum security prison. That’s not all, in every stage of your escape from here, you have another role based on your communication profiles and on personal and team goals, sometimes contradictory, that you need to achiev! The whole simulation will capture your interest and help you better understand the communication differences between you and other colleagues. In the debriefing session, we will analyze your working way, the way you played the characters and the way you handled the challenges.
