"The 'Energy Meter' is about awareness of the factors that make an individual a productive employee and a team/department a well-oiled machine. In other words, the tool provides the organisation with the insights needed to use the right systems and methods to generate energy at all levels.
We use the Energy Meter to measure employee perception of energy levels in the company and, based on the results, we can build an action plan.
The first unique tool on which it is based is "The Personal Meter" - a tool used to determine, assess and develop an individual's attitude and behaviour.
Next, "The Departmental Meter" is the tool used to determine, assess and develop a strong culture at the team or department level, along with "The Organizational Meter" - a tool used to measure the degree to which an organization's culture, internal policies and systems drive employees to engage in behaviors that generate business success.
The most important factors measured are: responsibility, initiative, productivity, relationships, competence, energy, etc. Energy Meter is more than a collection of measurement tools, it is rather a useful educational tool for all levels in the company.
