Within the “The Auction” program, the participants will be divided into teams engaged in an exciting competition, that will facilitate their analytical thinking to create long-term strategies, adaptability and responsiveness to innovative challenges.
In an atmosphere full of energy and dynamism, the participants will use their skills in bidding some evidence that they think they have chances of winning. The teams will challenge each other, each team having to launch the challenge to the duel for the winning trials in the auction, and also responding to the challenges faced by their colleagues.
The long-term strategy, team communication and accentuating the talent of each teammate are the most important elements in this activity. The chances of success will be directly influenced by the attention paid to the details and the ability to decide which are the advantageous trials for each team.
At the end of the program, the debriefing will highlight the importance of communication within the team, the advantages of constructive competitiveness and the ability to adapt to new situations.
