Ecoxtrem challenges you to look at the city of Sinaia from a new perspective, trying to find the treasures while exploring the little streets full of history of the place chosen as royal residence by Carol I.
Sinaia is on the banks of Prahova River and is named after the monastery founded by Mihai Cantacuzino. In the nineteenth century, the royal family ordered the construction of the Peles Castle complex, and the city became its summer residence.
In the twon, there are not less than eleven historical monuments of national interest, out of which: Sinaia casino, the ensemble of railway station, the Nicolae Iorga house and the house of the composer George Enescu and the monument of the actor Ion Iancu Brezeanu. All these are included in a treasure hunt that changes the perspective of the mountain resort.
The participants will be divided into work sub-teams that will start from the center of the town, looking for places to meet a number of objectives in the competition folder. The goal of each team is to meet as many objectives as possible in the allocated time, and the strategy it adopts is crucial. Mapping the points of interest will definitely cause to start looking for treasures with a well-defined plan, and to complicate the tasks, some trials will only be opened at certain intervals.
At the end of the working time, the teams will meet at the starting point for the Ecoxtrem trainers, to assess the performance of each and determine who are the winning teams. We will also discuss teamwork, strategies and effective human resources and time management in a debrief.
