We all know what a day in the office looks like, a typical day, with meetings, deadlines, schedules, colleagues, discussions, events and more. How does the same day in the office look like from the perspective of “tools” usually kept in a secondary plan of our work? Ecoxtrem launches an innovative challenge and proposes that you visualize a working day from the perspective of these “tools,” of the objects found in an office that make our work easier, more enjoyable and quicker. With lots of humor and creativity, through their “eyes”, the participants become aware of a number of important elements of organizational culture that help them go through their daily activities, they discover them or, as the case may be, rediscover their value and are encouraged to notice issues that they may not have thought to be important enough before.
Through Stop Motion and Still Motion techniques, and with the support of the Ecoxtrem trainers’ consulting and equipment, the teams will shoot movies to highlight the importance of these organizational culture elements. In the end, they will watch the movies, and creativity will be rewarded accordingly.
The program is designed to improve team building, starting from a better observation and understanding of a company’s organizational culture elements.
