Being based on a Maori old dance from New Zealand, Haka is still used today, including by the rugby team of this country. This is a way of expressing pain and joy, a clear message that goes beyond words in which non-verbal language plays a very important role. The moments in which it is used vary greatly: fights, warnings, funerals, holidays, special events and the list can continue.
Ecoxtrem proposes that split into mini-teams, you take part in this unique program, creating your own haka. You will draw the representative momentum you will convey in this way, following that the other teams, your audience, will guess the message you convey. You can use dance, words, makeup, cheers, shouting, and all the expressiveness you can prove. Ecoxtrem trainers will help you throughout the program with ideas, support you to make choices through helpful materials, guidance and technical support and show you videos and photos to inspire you.
In the debriefing section we will talk about going out of the comfort zone, expressivity, verbal and non-verbal language, and of course we will draw the very good parallels with the business environment, how you communicate with colleagues and how you express your emotions.
Express yourself through your own haka dance!
