1. Collaboration concept
The Drumming Session concept aims to stimulate team spirit through a fun and attractive activity. The energy and rhythm of the drums will lead the participants to convey a unified message, representative of the organization they belong to. The drumming workshop will train absolutely all participants, each one will receive an African drumming instrument to use during the activity. Be it drums, shakers or boomwhackeres, the team will work together to create a common musical line. In the first part the MC will work with each type of instrument, helping the participants to become familiar with its sounds and the signals received. Then, all participants will create a common musical line in an energetic crescendo. In addition to what they learn, everyone will have fun to African rhythms and contribute to team unity!
