Based on this concept, Ecoxtrem helps teams to realise the importance of working together and closely monitoring the effects of project team actions on the development of the company through the concept of CHAIN REACTION. Each team will be tasked with working on one part of a large system that carries momentum from one end to the other to create a WOW ending. This only happens if the momentum is carried successfully and under similar conditions from one side to the other. You will have a range of materials at your disposal to execute your own project, which is composed of various passes, levers and transfer systems, as well as the freedom to communicate throughout the activity with other teams. Step-by-step coordination and testing of the project will be the keys to success. We consider that we have achieved our goal when the momentum has successfully circulated through the whole system, and the debrief will easily bring the importance of teamwork to the attention of the participants.
