Fusion of the generations

Fusion of the Generations is an energizing teambuilding program in which teams discover elements specific to each generation and compete in dynamic teamwork and general knowledge challenges.

Gen X, Z, Millenials and Boomers - the four generations currently meeting in company offices - are invited in droves to a fun program focused on understanding the differences in perspective between people. We get this in a fun way: game show-style challenges that show us where differences in outlook can come from and enrich our overall culture.

Everyone will discover which generation they actually belong to and what are the particularities of each group present in the workplace.

In this way, we learn how each member's contribution is crucial to the team's success. In each workshop we will address all generations in a fun way, leaving teams to create working strategies appropriate to each type of workshop. At each stage, points can be scored in a different way, so it is important that the strategy is constantly adapted.
