Collaboration concept
Team Journey Festival is a unique teambuilding experience where teams set off on a symbolic journey through exciting destinations such as Mexico, Greece, Sweden, UK and many more. Each location brings unique challenges, inspired by local culture and traditions, that test participants' collaboration, creativity and coordination skills.
Teams have to join forces to solve puzzles, overcome obstacles and complete destination-specific missions, earning stamps in the adventurer's passport. Beyond the competition, the Team Journey Festival encourages effective communication, strategic thinking and strengthening team relationships, all in an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and good cheer.
Each stamp represents a successfully completed stage, and the teams that manage to collect the most stamps win the title of World Explorers. An exciting, challenging and diverse competition where team spirit makes the difference!
