STAR Team is a program for employees who want to improve their interpersonal and professional skills in a dynamic and customer-oriented work environment. Over the course of one or two days, this training is adjustable according to the specific needs of the client, focusing on the attitude of employees and how this is reflected in their dealings with customers, whether internal or external.

In a service sector, the right attitude can make the difference between success and failure. STAR Team aims to trigger an AHA! moment for participants, changing their perspective and equipping them with the skills the company wants. The programme emphasises the importance of adopting a responsible attitude, which is not just about identifying problems, but more importantly about finding solutions.
