This introductory Diversity and Inclusion training provides participants with a solid foundation in understanding and applying diversity principles in the workplace.

The training explores the importance of diversity and inclusion, highlighting how they contribute to creating a more innovative and productive working environment. There is a particular focus on identifying and managing cognitive biases, helping participants to recognise the subtle ways in which personal biases can influence everyday decisions and interactions.

The programme includes both interactive discussions and practical case studies that encourage the application of knowledge in real-life scenarios, thus promoting active engagement in the fight against discrimination and in support of equality. Through this course, participants will acquire essential tools to build and sustain a respectful and inclusive organizational environment.
