This introductory Diversity and Inclusion training provides participants with a solid foundation in understanding and applying diversity principles in the workplace.

There is a particular focus on identifying and managing cognitive biases, helping participants to recognise the subtle ways in which personal biases can influence everyday decisions and interactions.
