    How do I install the Moove Christmas App on my phone?

    1. Download the Moove Christmas app here: iOS and Android

    • Some devices only allow downloads over Wi-Fi.
    • Make sure you have enough space on your device.
    • Make sure you device is also up to date.

    2.  Allow all required permissions.

    3. Login with the QR code option. You can find you dedicated QR code in an E-mail from

    4. Scan the QR.

    5. Press Play to start the game.

    I did not receive the QR code. What now?

    Please try the following:

    • Please check the Spam/Junk folders in your Outlook.
    • Please make sure all incoming messages are downloaded. Outlook sometimes takes a while to sync.
    • Please make sure you have space in your Inbox.
    • In case all of the above do not work, please fill in the form above and a representative will send you your QR code.

    I cannot scan the QR to log in.

    Please try the following:

    • The app needs permission to access the camera. In case you did not give the permission, uninstall the app and reinstall it. Please allow all permissions (you will also need this for the challenges).
    • Make sure your phone has an active Internet connection when scanning the QR.
    • Please keep your phone steady for 20 seconds when scanning.
    • Opt to login using the Locator code. The code is at the bottom of the connect E-mail.
    • Make sure you have good screen contract and light. Some laptop display settings make it difficult to scan QR codes.

    The app keeps crashing. What can I do?

    Please try the following:

    • Reinstall the app. Do not worry, you will not lose progress.
    • Make sure that you have allowed all app permission upon installing. If not, please reinstall it and allow them.
    • Make sure your phone is up to date.
    • Remember that daily challenges disappear once done. You will have to wait for the next day in order to see more challenges in the „Challenges” section.

    I forgot to write down today's hint! Help!

    According to the Regulations, you are responsible for writing down the Hints. That being said, we cannot send past hints to you.

    However, if you had a technical difficulty, please contact support by using the form/number above.

    NOTE: You can still attempt to solve the BONUS mission even if you miss one hint. Try using your intuition.
