This time we race with the sledge!
Each team starts from the same “starting line”, they are assigned a unique goal and are challenged to think strategically and creatively because they have limited material and time resources!
In the first stage of the concept, the teams will brainstorm to establish the project vision ensuring that it is aligned with the personality of the newly formed team. Later, the sleigh structure and division of roles within the team will determine the overall picture of your own project.
The execution phase will be a race in time, in which amusement will be the main theme. In addition, each built sled will have a randomly drawn theme that will allow participants to be creative and motivated to complete the task. Like any product, it will undergo a testing period wherein the feasibility and success of the project will be evaluated.
In the end, the obstacle race will take place and prizes will be awarded for various categories, as well as the Grand Prix of the Race. The success of the program is ensured by the non-conformism of the projects, and through the main objectives assigned to the teams, it allows drawing vital conclusions related to project management.
