Ecoxtrem invites you to build the best day of teambuilding with your own production line!
The participants will be divided into teams, each having the task of building a section of the production line model, using the resources provided by the Ecoxtrem trainers. The teams will work independently and will only communicate through leaders within a limited number of meetings.
For this type of activity, the way to approach the strategy, information ranking and fixing are of utmost importance for starting the production line in an efficient way. The working time is limited, so every team leader has to make sure he/she has the necessary data to guide his/her team in a proper way.
Each part of the production line will have a specific theme, and the teams will have to keep in mind both the particularities of the segment and the unity of the whole layout. The goal is that at the end of the working time, by joining all the sections, the teams will build a production line with an enhanced capacity, with a unitary architecture style.
