Discover Bucharest! program targets both dynamic teams who need to escape from the daily routine, and those who visit the capital for the first time. It is structured in the form of a Treasure Hunt in the city center, where participants will be familiarized with the main objectives.
Each team will receive a contest kit that will contain assignments that the teams will have to accomplish. The assignments may be of all kinds: place-related questions, tasks involving different interactions, riddles, logical tests, short physical trials, and image capturing to demonstrate that each goal has been ticked. The working time is limited and the participants will have to start the race with a well-defined strategy to make sure that they get as many points as possible.
Throughout the activity, the organization within the team and communication will be factors that will bring the participants closer to the podium.
Upon the expiration of work time, the trainers will meet again with all treasure seekers in a predetermined location to find the winners and to identify together the strong points of the teams and the areas that need to be improved.
