Silega Pulse is a business simulation that may be customized according to the group’s specificity. The participants will represent different enterprises, as they advance wit learning about the financial flow and the way it can create value in a business. “All the players in a business will take part” to this activity: the suppliers, own business, clients, owners and the society. Participants face four years of business, by moving money around the game table using a checklist. At the end of each simulated year, the group prepares the company’s balance sheet and the profit and loss statement for that year.

Silega Pulse is a realistic representation of a business that needs a change. The participants must manage all parts of the business process: planning, operations, financing and people’s development.
