Silega Navigator

This program simulates four years of business. The teams represent different parts of the supply chain, from suppliers to retailers. We, as Silega, simulate the market, the participants compete in teams to create and sell different solutions. They have the choice of six main products (the number may be adjusted for larger groups).

To be successful, the participants must manage the relationships with other players, calculate the costs and the profit, and set up a marketing strategy.

This simulation is extremely dynamic, with situations under the pressure of time, but it is also funny and entertaining. The simulation also has a serious note, because we measure the reputation of all teams on the market in real time (based on the feedback from other teams).

Participants must face a fierce competition, limited resources, changes in customer requirements, different niche markets, lack of sufficient information, time pressure and the expectations of stakeholders and leaders.

Silega Navigator teaches participants how to better understand the voice of the client, internal or external. Otherwise, the participants suffer losses, and some teams may even go bankrupt.
