Adapting your team to the environmental changes

Experiential training “Adapting to environmental change” helps participants to understand and use the environmental changes and their effects, and even the reactions of others to these external or internal forces. Wether it’s about small changes or substantial ones, it is desirable that the employees develop their capacity to understand, cope with and use these changes in their own interests and in the company’s interest.

All these concepts as well as others will be applied in the simulation that involves setting-up daredevil groups that go on an expedition to extract as much gold as possible. Every day a new situation and a new unmapped area are waiting for them. Each team has its own route and its own results!
