Location: Bucharest (hybrid)

Responsibilities: 

• Creating graphic design concepts and other marketing materials;
• Work closely with internal departments to understand company needs and objectives:
• Create concepts and deliverables according to internal or external briefs.
• Ensuring the consistency and visual coherence of the brand as well as the event concepts;
• Deliver visually engaging and functional design solutions including:

1. Graphics for social media and other digital platforms;
2. Illustrations and graphics for own products and offers;
3. Graphic concepts for events organized by Ecoxtrem, using client branding;
4. Various promotional & BTL materials: flags, graphics for prints, projections, etc. 

Requirements:  

• Minimum 3 years' previous experience in a similar position; 
• University degree (Faculty of Arts, Architecture or similar) 
• Solid knowledge in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. (After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro would be an advantage);
• English - advanced level; 
• Knowledge Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Teams).  
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills;
• Ability to interpret and respond to creative feedback;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing efficiently and meeting deadlines;
• A desire to continually develop their graphic design skills.
